The story
<All that's left now is the offering of blood. The note scrap mentioned a 'willing sacrifice.' An intense sense of dread washes over you.>
What it asks
Use the Tortured Soul to give an offering of blood at the Offering Stone in Beren's Peril.
A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
