The story
Brightwish, eh? So the High Order wanted to remove these components for some reason. But why though? The High Order has always been meddlesome, constantly wanting to experiment with the wind spirits' magic. They are too bold by a mile, and we've strictly forbidden them from meddling with knowledge under Windshaper purview, but lately they've been testing our patience. I think you should report what you've learned back to Ayessa Dawnsinger. She can instruct you further on what to do.
What it asks
Report back to Ayessa Dawnsinger in Valanaar.
A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
