The story
Please extend my thanks to Elaadrin for all that the High Order and your new friends from this "Kirin Tor" have done for Zephras Isle. I'm aware of the High Order's plans to leave the island, and your order has my blessing and well-wishes in this expedition. I can only hope that whatever arcane solution the High Order finds can truly provide us with the stability we've lacked these past years. If you plan to go with them... well, his mission will be all the stronger for it. Winds be with you, <name>.
What it asks
Speak with Elaadrin Evengale when you are prepared to leave Zephras Isle.

A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
