The story
Blast it! Every time I try to calibrate these sensitive arcane instruments, they get thrown off again by a surge of energy. The surges seem to be coming from the north, where those primitive Kobolds have been practicing their crude magic. Could you clear some of them out, so I can continue my work?
What it asks
Kill 8 Kobold Geomancers in Jasperlode Mine, then return to Hamish Bergwort in the Tower of Azora.
It pays
Money: 2s 50c
A quest new to Forever: its texts and numbers are what the game server sent to the beta client. The experience is what the game server gave in the beta, at the quest's own level. Where the data comes from.
